Knowledge is Power!

The Insight Program includes 1 Assessment and 4 Education Sessions in an individualized program developed for your specific health needs.  This program is focused on helping you understand your body, and what may be going on within it, from a holistic, in-depth perspective.  Each session is 1 hour.

This program is an excellent choice for you if you have a health concern that you have struggled to understand or have recently experienced a new diagnosis.

Intuit

Unlock Your Potential for Healing!

The Intuit Program includes 1 Assessment, 3 Educational Sessions, and 5 coaching sessions customized to address your specific health needs.   Your body intuitively knows what it needs to heal and be well.  This program is designed to help you gain knowledge, connect with that intuition and be empowered and hopeful in your own ability to make positive change.  The assessment and educational sessions are 1 hour each and the coaching sessions are 30 minutes each.

• want to understand what is really going on in your body and why you may be experiencing disease

• want to reach a health goal that you have struggled to accomplish on your own

• need help with stress management

• are struggling with health challenges such as weight gain, fatigue, low motivation, stress/anxiety etc

• would like to begin making changes that restore your health, prevent disease or better manage an existing chronic disease such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.

Integrum

The Total Package!

The Integrum Package integrates all the elements of education and coaching over a 6 month time period that allows for maximum transformation and health restoration.  It includes 1 assessment, 6 educational sessions and 8 coaching sessions.  The assessment and education sessions are 1 hour and the coaching sessions are 30 minutes.

• your stress has reached a level that is interrupting daily function (sleep, eating, mental clarity, feeling a need to run away)

• you need to lose more than 15 lbs to reach a goal weight

• you have a disease process such as diabetes, high blood pressure, allergies, arthritis etc that is not well controlled even with medication

• you are struggling with intense fatigue  

• you have not been able to make healthy changes on your own 

Coaching Bundle

Includes 4 additional coaching sessions that can be added to any existing program or purchased after the completion of any program to continue coaching services throughout the year.
